My Journey to Psychology

Since childhood, I’ve loved helping others but took some time to find my true calling.
In 2008, I started practicing Japanese martial arts (Bujinkan) and began teaching at my dojo (2011-2016).
Also, in 2008, after injuring my hand, I turned to yoga and massage, which helped me recover.
In 2013, I began working as a massage therapist, and later an osteopath, constantly improving my skills.

Transition to Psychology

Working with many clients, I realized that physical help has its limits. This realization led me to study psychology. Since 2015, I have been helping people not only live more effectively but also become happier by focusing on internal changes.

My mission

My primary goal is to assist conscious changes in my clients’ lives.
I believe everyone can find their path to a better life, and my role is to guide and support them in this process.

Life and Work

I live in Japan and work with clients online worldwide in three languages: Russian, English, and Japanese.
For those interested in Japanese culture, martial arts, or anime, my sessions will be especially comfortable.
